First Nations Tax Exemption

At Mikisapiy Limited we honour the Canadian First Nations Tax Exemption Policy. 

Under this policy, the CRA Eligibility requirements for online sales are as follows:

1. You are the holder of a valid Status Card
2. You currently live on a Reserve
3. The name on credit card used for payment must match the name on the status card
4. The product(s) are to be shipped to a Reserve

To find out if you qualify for tax exemption, please complete the below form and include a copy of your First Nations Status Card. If approved, the tax exemption will be applied to your account based on the CRA rules for the province or territory in which you reside. 

Please note that you must apply for the tax exemption prior to placing your order. The tax exemption will not be applied retroactively on any orders.
