Shipping Policy

Please note that we are only accepting and shipping orders within Canada at this time. Check back in early 2024 for more information on US and International ordering. 

Order Processing:

Please allow up to 3 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 3 business days to let you know your order is on the way!

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates:

All orders over $100.00 qualify for free standard domestic shipping. 

For orders under $100.00 or requiring express shippings, shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

All shipping options include $100.00 CAD insurance coverage.

*Note: Delivery Times may vary during peak shipping periods that our beyond our control. Please keep this in mind when placing your order during peak periods. 

Order Status and Tracking:

Once your order has been packaged you will received an email notification with your tracking number with can be used to check you shipment status at any time. 

If you do not receive your shipment within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email and tracking number please contact us at info@mikisapiy.com. Please include your order number and shipment tracking number in your email.
